Testimonials

"My yoga apprenticeship with Meggan was completely transformational personally. I feel so much more confident and in touch with myself after working with her. Meggan was super thorough with the content we covered and she presented it in a very clear and professional way. I've talked with other teachers who wish their initial 200 hours had covered more of this or that, I honestly can't say that about my training. I felt we covered a wide array of topics at a level that empowered me to use them or study them more in depth if I want to dive deeper. When I started the program, I wasn't sure that I wanted to teach when it was over. I continued to be inspired by Meggan's classes and the way she lives a yoga lifestyle and so I just kept going. Shortly after, I was able to get a teaching position at a local studio thanks to a connection from Meggan. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Meggan and benefit from her years of experience and wisdom."  - Becky

"I recently was an apprentice to Meggan while becoming a yoga instructor under her teachings. My desire was not necessarily to become an instructor, but rather to learn more and get more in depth with yoga practice in general. I also had the complication of traveling frequently for my job which would not allow me to participate in traditional training that generally meets for several weekends over the course of several months. Meggan offered flexibility with both of our schedules in order to complete the training.  Meggan is a wealth of knowledge and truly lives the life of a yogi. She walks the walk and teaches instructors and students with example, stories and years of experience. I highly recommend Meggan for yoga teacher training not only for flexibility, but also for the knowledge base she brings to the table."  - Sue

"Meggan Riley is an inspiring yoga instructor because she teaches yoga from her heart.  Meggan shows her students how to dive within themselves and within their yoga practice to find mindfullness, healing, and their authentic selves. She offers her personal journey and experiences as great lessons with valuable insights. I deeply appreciate the manner in which Meggan designs her personal practice as well as her classes. Each class flows so well and she puts so much thought into the breath, movements, and themes-all while weaving yogic wisdom throughout.  Meggan always offers a safe and welcoming, while still challenging, class. I have also had the opportunity to absorb so much knowledge about so many things from Meggan.  From a greater understanding about the benefits of juicing and essential oils to benefiting from her business acumen and life lessons, I am truly grateful I had the opportunity to learn yoga from Meggan Riley!"  - Mariah

"A teacher is never a giver of truth; he is a guide, a pointer to the truth that each student must find for himself." - Bruce Lee
